Via Design created a dynamic and uplifting environment, inspired by the colorful palette of continents where British Airways flies.

Our design concept celebrates the diverse cultures and landscapes of Europe, Asia, North America, Africa, South America, and Australia/Oceania, creating a kaleidoscope of colors that reflects the spirit of global connectivity. From cool blues and crisp whites reminiscent of European elegance to warm reds and oranges evoking the vitality of Asian cities, each area within the contact center tells a unique story.

But our design goes beyond aesthetics. It’s about fostering a positive and inspiring atmosphere for employees, with ergonomic workstations, flexible seating arrangements, and collaborative spaces that support productivity and well-being. With playful touches and nods to British Airways’ brand identity, the contact center is not just a place to work but a celebration of the company’s heritage and commitment to excellence.
