The Purchase Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-efficient acquisition of materials, equipment, and services. The role requires strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to align procurement processes with organizational goals while maintaining quality standards and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms, pricing, and contracts.
  • Ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials, equipment, and services as per project or operational requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and product availability to optimize procurement decisions.
  • Maintain and update vendor databases, ensuring strong and reliable supplier partnerships.
  • Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations and manage corrective actions where necessary.
  • Oversee purchase order processes, approvals, and contract management in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (projects, design, finance, operations) to forecast demand and manage procurement planning.
  • Track procurement KPIs (cost savings, lead time, quality compliance, vendor performance).
  • Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and company policies, including sustainability and ethical sourcing standards.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
Experience:
  • 2–7 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
  • Experience in construction, interiors etc.] preferred.
